Tech Notes #1 - Google Calendars

To view your calendars, sign in to your e-mail account



This is what yours might look like, and here are some options you can use.



1.  Click on the box and it will become colored. When a box is colored, you will view any events from that box on your calendar. You may view multiple calendars at once.

2.  To change the view to month, click on the tab that says month

3.  To view multiple calendars, click on the box so that it is colored in. If you do not have the m-CLASS, 8-Step or ACUITY calendars, let me know.

4.  You can add calendars from co-workers as needed

5.  You can create a task list. (This is a very helpful feature!)


6.   Printing function can be found under "more" button

9.  To add co-worker calendars, you can search for them here.

To add an event to the calendar:

1.  Click on the day of the event, a box should pop up

2.  Enter the information in the box and hit enter (or click "Create Event")

3.  To further edit the event, add times, description, etc. click "Edit event"

There are many more features available in calendar and tasks, but this should get you started.
